Acid Masters

The results where collected by ergometer monitors which in turn sent data to our on-site overwatch system. Where this automation was not possible, for example during exercises like Squats, our judges noted the results which where then input by hand (they've since been double- & triple checked).

The first Acid Masters consisted of 2 x 60 minutes of workout: 4 x 10 minutes of heart waves (Run, D-pole, Bike & Row) and 4 x 5 minutes of soul waves (Plank, Squats, Push-ups & Burpees).
