Acid Masters

The Acid Masters competition is divided in two main parts, on both you are trying to get as many meters as possible. The two parts are called Heart-Waves and Soul-Waves, where the HeartWaves is a ten minute workout where you push your heart-beats to the maximum. The SoulWaves are a five minute workout that is focusing on your muscular capacity, but also on your mental strength to handle muscle-pain. These two parts are mixed during the Acid Masters in one or two Rounds.

Each Round is a set of Waves, the Heart-waves are usually performed on a muscular driven work-out machine that counts your earned meter during 10 minuts. There can be many different Hearts- and Soul-Waves setups during a Acid Masters workout, but it is always a minimum of four Waves on a Masters Race. Minimum one Heart- and one Soul-Wave.
